Push‑Up Vision (“the App,” “we,” “our,” “us”) counts and stores your push‑ups so you can track progress. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it in line with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and all applicable regulations.
2. Camera Access
Purpose: Frames from your camera are processed on‑device with Apple Vision/VisionKit solely to detect body joints and count push‑ups.
Storage: Video frames are never stored, transmitted, or used for any other purpose.
3. Data We Collect
Anonymous workout stats (daily rep counts, best one‑minute scores). These are linked to a random device identifier (Apple’s identifierForVendor).
Optional profile name and “show on leaderboard” preference if you choose to appear on the public leaderboard.
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) only after you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent.
4. How We Use Information
Sync your stats across devices and display them in the App.
Rank users on leaderboards (if opted in).
Serve personalized or contextual ads via Google AdMob (see §6).
Monitor aggregate, anonymous analytics to improve performance.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share only the minimum required data with the following processors:
Google Firebase Firestore – secure cloud storage of anonymous workout stats and optional profile data.
Google AdMob – ad delivery (see below).
6. Advertising (Google AdMob)
With your ATT permission, AdMob may use the IDFA to deliver personalized ads; without permission, only contextual ads are shown.
AdMob receives no camera data; only the device identifier and ad‑related metadata.
Data in transit uses TLS. Data at rest in Firebase uses Google‑managed encryption. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only.
8. Your Choices & Rights
Disable camera access in iOS Settings > Privacy > Camera > Push‑Up Vision.
Reset advertising identifier or withdraw tracking consent anytime in iOS Settings.
Request deletion of all stored data by emailing us (see §10) from the address associated with your device.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately for deletion.
